John studied at The Sculpture Academy in London for four years. He later went on to teach sculpture, moulding and casting as a visiting artist at The Art Academy.
John’s work is beautiful, inspiring and thought provoking. His work offers the viewer a gateway into the world of ‘feeling’. His figurative work often evokes a quiet and meditative atmosphere where the viewer is granted a space of self-reflection. His animals however try to reflect a sense of human traits/behaviour.
He feels that art is a direct and effective way of connecting with humanity. His works are emotional and poetic, thus leaving a lasting impression on the mind of the viewer.
He has worked on various public and private commissions around the country and has exhibited in venues inside and outside of London.
